New members at 555 rr4 may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus and to withdraw any winnings from it, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To become eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus is cancelled once that period expires.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 555 rr4 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 555 rr4 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides weekly cashback based on net losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze, 0.7% at Silver, and 1.0% at Gold. Cashback is calculated on the net loss remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week.

6 Betting and Gaming Terms

6.1 Placing Bets

Please note the following when placing bets at 555 rr4:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• The result of in-play bets accepted after an event has started is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

If a member engages in prohibited activities, 555 rr4 reserves the right to forfeit the account's entire balance and take legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Platform

555 rr4 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account may request this through support via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed, and any bonus balance will be forfeited.

A separate process is available for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Guidelines; once activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any bet or game session left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device failure.

• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's negligence or password sharing.
